2. The heating tool should be high-powered electric blowers or blowtorch.

3. The cable needs to be placed upright before heating. It is conducive to the heating operation and uniform shrinkage of the parts.

4. Heating shrinkage temperature of ll0 ℃ a 120 ℃.

When heating the torch flame is the yellow flame, beware of the high-temperature blue flame.

Cold shrink cable termination

In contrast to heat-shrink cable termination, cold-shrink cable termination does not require heating because it can retract by elasticity at room temperature.  The cold shrink cable terminal is manufactured from ten bell elastic materials such as silicone rubber and ethylene-propylene rubber and it can produce in various shapes.

The cold shrink cable terminal improves the defects of the heat shrink cable head, reduces the unsafe factors of the heated cable head, and improves the safety and reliability of the cable. In addition, the cold shrink cable termination attachment uses the expansion support principle. In other words, the cable termination can automatically shrink and reset when the support moves, which is easy to operate and use.

Difference between cold shrink cable termination and heat shrink cable termination

1. Price

The price of a heat-shrink cable terminal is low, and the operation is troublesome; the price of a cold-shrink cable terminal is high, and the action is simple.

2. Technology content

Cold-shrink cable terminal has high technological content, while heat-shrink cable terminal has low science content.

3. Use scenario
