 Wire clamps are metal fittings in iron or aluminum that are attached to wires. Wire clamps are subjected to high tensile forces during operation and need to have good electrical contact properties.

Tensioning　Clamps

Tensioning wire clamps are available for cornering, splicing, and termination connections.

Tension-Resistant wire　Clamp Classification

1. Tension-resistant wire clips can withstand all the tension of the wire or lightning line. The holding force of the clip is not less than 90% of the rated pressure of the installed wire or lightning cable and cannot be in use as a conductor.

This type of wire clip has bolt type tension-resistant wire clip and a wedge-shaped tension-resistant wire clip. This tension-resistant wire clip can be removed when installing the cable and used separately.

2. Conductor Tension clips. This type of wire clip cannot remove after installation. It is also known as a dead clip. Since it is a conductive body, the clamp should meet the installation regulations.

Suspension clamp

The suspension clamp is a hanger of the U-bolt, hull group (ship-type wire clamp). There is also a pre-twisted suspension wire clamp, which finds a wide range of applications in China.

Pre-stranded wire suspension clamps Use: Connect ADSS fiber optic cable, OPGW fiber optic cable, various conductors, etc.  

Function: To protect fiber optic cable from concentrated stress, avoid bending stress, and assist in vibration damping.
